About Legacurio
Bringing Calm Order to What Matters Most
We started Legacurio because we saw how many families were sitting on boxes of unsorted papers and cherished keepsakes with no clear way to bring them to order. We wanted to offer a patient, unhurried alternative.
Back to HomeOur Story
How Legacurio Began
Legacurio grew out of a personal experience. Our founder, working with her own family's papers after a bereavement, found that even the most organised households contained years of unfiled documents, unsorted photographs and heirlooms that no one quite knew how to catalogue. The task was not a legal one — it was a question of time, patience and a clear system.
She began helping friends and, later, friends of friends. Word spread quietly among Bangkok's expatriate and Thai families who appreciated the unhurried, discreet nature of the work. In 2020, Legacurio was formally established at our Sukhumvit offices to serve families across Bangkok on a proper footing.
Today our small team carries the same values that started everything: patience, discretion, clarity and a genuine respect for the personal nature of the materials we work with.
Our Mission
What We Are Here to Do
Our mission is straightforward: to help families in Bangkok bring their personal and estate-related papers into a clear, lasting order that any family member can navigate — without needing specialist knowledge or outside help to use it day to day.
We also believe that family history deserves to be kept well. Heirlooms, photographs and handwritten letters should not sit forgotten in a drawer. Through our archiving and workshop services, we encourage families to capture and organise the stories, objects and values they want to pass forward.
"Purely organisational. Always discreet. Working entirely within the scope of what we do well."
— Legacurio founding principle

How We Work
Our Standards & Approach
A consistent set of working principles guides every engagement, however large or small.
Confidentiality as Standard
All materials and information shared with us remain strictly within the engagement. We do not retain copies or share details with any third party.
Clear Scope at Every Step
Before any work begins, we explain exactly what we will and will not do. Nothing is done that falls outside our agreed, purely organisational scope.
Careful Handling of Documents
Physical papers and fragile items are handled with gloves and appropriate care. We follow established archival handling practices to avoid damage.
Regular Communication
We keep families informed throughout, checking in before moving to each new phase and welcoming questions or changes of direction at any point.
Personal Data Responsibility
We handle contact details and personal information with care, consistent with Thailand's PDPA personal data protection framework.
Ongoing Quality Review
At the close of every engagement we review the completed work together with the family, making sure the system we have created is clear, accessible and truly useful.
Why It Matters
Estate Records Organisation in Bangkok
Many Bangkok families, whether Thai or expatriate, find themselves managing a household's worth of accumulated paperwork that has never been properly filed or indexed. Property records, insurance schedules, bank correspondence, family photographs and handwritten documents can represent decades of family life — and when they are scattered across multiple drawers and folders, they are difficult to use when they are most needed.
Legacurio's estate document organising service was developed specifically for this situation. We work with you in your own home or at a location convenient to you, building an indexed, labelled system that is straightforward to maintain and easy for any family member to use.
Our heirloom cataloguing and memory archive service is suited to families with a richer collection of photographs, artefacts and personal correspondence that deserves a more thorough archiving approach. The result is a lasting, well-organised personal archive held by the family themselves — not stored with us.
For those who want to capture family stories, values and memories more reflectively, our educational workshops offer a thoughtful structure without any professional advice or licence-related activity. The sessions are gentle, informational and can be undertaken at any time that suits the family.
